Rules on the exercise of the right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal:
2. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 (fourteen) days, stating your reason.
   2. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods.
   3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify SIA “NAIL infinity”, with its registered office at Brīvības 174a-8, Riga, LV-1012, of your decision to withdraw from this contract and complete the withdrawal form
   4. To ensure that the withdrawal period is observed, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires, and the goods must also be delivered to 174a-8 Brīvības Street before the period expires.
3. Consequences of the refusal:
4. If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the purchased goods no later than 14 business days from the date on which the goods are received, inspected, and the cancellation request is accepted.
   In any case, you will not be charged any fees in connection with such a refund, except in cases where the value of the goods has been lost and the seller and the buyer agree otherwise.
   6. You must return the goods in person or via courier to the www.nailinfinity.eu office at Brīvības 174a-8, Riga, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after you have received the goods and notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back to the office address at Brīvības 174a-8, Riga, before the 14-day period expires. Please note that SIA NAIL infinity has the right to inspect goods sent by mail upon receipt to identify any visible damage to the goods as well as to verify the contents of the package. In cases where, upon sending goods to the SIA NAIL infinity office via courier service, SIA NAIL infinity detects damage to the goods or a discrepancy between the goods’ visual condition and contents at the time of receipt, you will be notified. We recommend delivering the goods in person to Riga, Brīvības 174a-8.
   7. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods; customs duties that may arise if the goods are returned outside the European Economic Area may result in additional costs (transport + customs clearance).
   8. You are liable only for any decrease in the value of the goods if they were used for purposes other than those necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
   9. During the withdrawal period, you have the right to use the item to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning—to the same extent as you would be able to do so before purchasing the item in a physical store. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for any use of the product that goes beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are responsible for any use of the goods during the withdrawal period that is inconsistent with the principle of good faith, as well as for any reduction in the value, quality, or safety of the goods; in such cases, the withdrawal may be rejected unless both parties agree otherwise.
   10. You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period in which you may exercise your right of withdrawal.
   11. Except as provided in paragraph 12 of these Terms, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided that:
   11.1. expenses related to the delivery of goods that do not correspond to the standard delivery method offered by SIA “NAIL infinity”;
   11.2. the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where SIA “NAIL infinity” has agreed to cover these costs or has not informed you that you are responsible for them;
   11.3. a decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for purposes other than determining their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as confirmed by an expert assessment conducted by the seller. You are not liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if SIA “NAIL infinity” has not informed you of your right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedure set forth in the regulatory enactments governing the protection of consumer rights;

III. The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal:

12. In the cases specified in Paragraph 22 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of May 20, 2014, “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” including if:

the price of the goods or services depends on fluctuations in the financial markets that are beyond the seller’s control and that may occur during the withdrawal period;

the goods are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;

the product spoils quickly or is about to expire;

the consumer has opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons;

a product that, due to its nature, will become irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery;

13. The online store nailinfinity.eu does not store copies of purchase agreements.
14. A form has been posted on the website of SIA "NAIL infinity" at www.nailinfinity.eu Form to receive a rejection authorization number.
15. SIA “NAIL infinity” hereby informs that, upon determining a loss in value of the returned goods, pursuant to Section 9, the seller is entitled to deduct the loss in value of the goods or to file a lawsuit seeking compensation for losses incurred by SIA “NAIL infinity” as a result of the consumer’s actions.
16. Please submit complaints regarding the availability or quality of goods electronically by sending an email to info@nailinfinity.eu, or submit a formal complaint in writing to the following address: Riga, Brīvības iela 174a-8, LV-1012
    The complaint will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt, and a response will be sent to the contact address provided in the complaint.

If the complaint you have filed is deemed unfounded and you disagree with this determination, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in regulatory acts by submitting a written request to the seller regarding out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating:

1. First name, last name, contact information;
2. Date of submission
3. The nature of the dispute, the claims, and the grounds for them.
