General Terms and Conditions for Coupons and Discount Codes
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COUPONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
1. General Provisions
NAILINFINITY coupons and discount codes are promotional offers that entitle you to receive the discount specified on the respective coupon or in the promotion, subject to these terms and conditions.
A coupon is not a gift card, a means of payment, or a cash equivalent. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused portion of a coupon or discount will not be refunded in cash.
If specific terms and conditions are stated on a particular coupon, in promotional material, or in a special offer, they apply in conjunction with these general terms and conditions. If there is a discrepancy, the specific terms and conditions clearly stated on the coupon or promotional offer shall apply to that particular offer.
2. Redeeming the Coupon
The coupon can be used in the online stores managed by SIA NAIL infinity and on the versions of the websites where the specific code has been activated.
The coupon must be entered in the designated field when placing the order. Once the order has been placed, the coupon cannot be applied retroactively, unless NAILINFINITY has agreed otherwise on a case-by-case basis.
Unless otherwise specified in this particular offer:
- The coupon is intended for one-time use;
- Only one coupon or discount code may be used per order;
- The coupon discount does not apply to shipping costs;
- The coupon must be used as part of a single order;
- Any unused portion of the discount is not carried over or paid out in cash.
3. Minimum Purchase Amount
Unless otherwise specified on a particular coupon or in a promotional offer, the minimum purchase amount required to redeem the coupon is: 50 €
The minimum purchase amount is calculated based on the value of the items eligible for the coupon before the coupon discount is applied, excluding shipping costs.
Items not covered by this specific coupon are not included in the minimum purchase amount.
If a coupon specifies a specific discount amount, the value of the items to which the coupon applies must be sufficient to allow the discount to be applied in full.
4. Expiration Date
The coupon is valid until the date specified on the coupon, in the promotional material, or in the relevant offer.
Once the expiration date has passed, the coupon cannot be used, and any unused coupons will not be exchanged for cash or automatically replaced with a new coupon.
5. Products and brands not covered by the coupon
The coupon does not apply to the following brands and product lines: 4BLANC, Hadewe, Osom, Prestige Medical, Schülke, Enbio, RUCK, Afinia, Audion, the CLEARANCE PRO line, and Cena.
The coupon also does not apply to Products with special promotional or sale prices, sets, and special offers with a predetermined special price, volume discount offers, loyalty card special offers, and other products or offers that are marked as not eligible for additional coupons or discounts.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the terms of a specific coupon or promotional offer, the specific terms of that offer apply.
6. Combining Discounts
Unless otherwise specified in a particular offer, the coupon discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, individual additional discounts, special discounts for loyalty cardholders, or other promotions and special offers.
If several mutually incompatible offers are available for an Order at the same time, the offer selected by the Buyer that is available at the time the Order is placed shall apply.
7. Returns and Coupon Adjustments
Return of an Entire Order
If the Buyer cancels the Order in its entirety or returns all Goods purchased with a one-time coupon, the used coupon will not be automatically renewed, replaced with a new coupon, or refunded in cash.
If an Order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on NAILINFINITY’s part, NAILINFINITY may renew the used coupon, extend its validity period, or issue a new code of equal value.
Partial Return of Goods
The coupon discount is granted on the condition that the minimum purchase amount specified for that coupon and other terms of use are met.
If, following a partial return of Goods, the value of the retained Goods to which the coupon applies still meets the minimum purchase amount, the coupon discount is retained in accordance with the terms of the original Order.
If the value of the Goods covered by the retained coupon no longer meets the minimum purchase amount, the coupon discount is recalculated and the refund amount is determined so that the Buyer retains only the discount to which they would have been entitled if the original Order had been placed solely for the retained Goods.
The refund amount may not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant Goods.
These procedures apply to the exercise of the right of withdrawal and other returns of Goods in which the original purchase is refunded. Claims regarding non-conformity of goods and other claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Transfer, Distribution, and Misuse of Coupons
The coupon is intended for the recipient's personal use, unless otherwise specified in the particular offer.
Coupons are not permitted:
- sell or use for commercial resale;
- reproduce on a large scale;
- without NAILINFINITY's permission, to publish discount codes on websites or other public platforms;
- to use it in a fraudulent, technically non-compliant, or otherwise abusive manner.
NAILINFINITY may deactivate a coupon that has not yet been used if it determines that the coupon has been distributed publicly without authorization, reproduced on a large scale, contains a technical error, or is being obviously misused.
Such deactivation does not, in and of itself, change the price of an Order that has already been placed correctly and approved by NAILINFINITY.
If a physical coupon with a unique code is lost, stolen, damaged, or its code is no longer legible, NAILINFINITY is under no obligation to issue a replacement coupon if it is not possible to reliably identify the specific coupon and the fact that it has not been used.
9. NAILINFINITY Partner Coupons
For coupons distributed by NAILINFINITY-approved partners, the minimum purchase amount is: 100 €
unless otherwise specified on a particular partner's coupon or in a specific offer.
The same General Terms and Conditions for Coupons and Discount Codes apply to partner coupons, unless other specific terms and conditions are specified in the particular offer.
Only a code that NAILINFINITY has created, approved, or authorized the relevant partner to distribute is considered a NAILINFINITY partner coupon.
NAILINFINITY is under no obligation to accept discount codes that have been published or distributed by third parties without NAILINFINITY's consent.
10. Special Coupon Terms and Conditions
For certain coupons, the following may apply:
- a different minimum purchase amount;
- a specific discount amount or a percentage discount;
- a specific range of products or brands;
- a specific country or online store version;
- a specific period of use;
- a different number of uses;
- Other special terms and conditions of the promotion.
This information is provided on the specific coupon, in the promotional material, or in the description of the relevant offer.
